“Palatial proportioned villa - the perfect base to explore the more authentic side of Lanzarote.”

Our 6 year old described the villa as a palace! Fantastic location in a beautiful and authentic town. Only a short stroll to the centre where there were lots of options for shops and restaurants, despite it not being peak season. So much space in the villa - we didn’t even use all the rooms! Great facilities - lots of fridge and freezer space, a very good quality washing machine, lots of space to dry clothes. Great sized pool for us and our two daughters. Amazing to have use of a car which we made lots of use of - Teguise being so central to the island makes it a great base to explore the island from.

The house is huge and very well kept. The outside space with the terrace and pool was gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. Even though it’s on a main road it is very quiet and peaceful and it was spotlessly clean. It’s a short walk to Teguise and 20 mins drive from the airport. Fernando was a perfect host - quick to respond and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. This place is an absolute gem and we felt very lucky to stay there.

It was well Maintained, clean and spacious. It had its own private pool which was great for my three kids, it came with three bedrooms and a couple of different living areas which was great. Great communication with Fernando the host who was on hand for anything .

The house was so big, two outdoor dining areas and two indoor dinning, 2 sittings rooms. Kitchen had everything you could need, including coffee machine, blender, juicer etc. beds were comfy, loads of extra covers if needed. Main bathroom was amazing. Pool was great to relax in. Host replied to any queries immediately. Area was Fantasic and such a lovely place to wander during the day and evening.

Fernando was incredibly helpful throughout the trip. The property is perfectly located for a short walk into Teguise. The pool was well maintained and warm in the sun.

This villa was exceptional - even better than the photos. Everything you could want is there. The villa was absolutely spotless and so so beautiful. Fernando was a great host.

Great location to visit the island and away from mass tourism. Walking distance to the playground, bakery, pharmacy and mini market. Fernando was always quick to answer any questions.

The house had everything we needed. The set up allowed us to be together during the day as it had areas for sunbathing, the pool and shaded areas in close proximity. Fernando was exceptional as a host. Nothing was too much trouble and he responded to any questions quickly. The availability of the car was a huge bonus. Teguise is a lovely village and close enough to Costa Teguise to make travelling in easy, either using the car, or using the regular, and efficient, bus service. Fully recommend visiting the Teguise market on Sundays, Ikarus (restaurant in the village) and the caves.

“Top accommodation and top location”

Spacious, clean with everything you can need for a very comfortable stay. Outdoor area is stunning and the pool a great addition to the house to offer a comfortable place to relax, specially if you have a windy weather. Kitchen fully equipped, dishwasher and plenty of electrical appliances to cook. Washer and dryer also very handy. Located in one of Spain’s most beautiful villages, Teguise, and easy access to main attractions in the island. Car included was a huge bonus. Easy and effective handling of car and drop off at airport. House is much better than what pictures show in Booking. Went for a week of surfing at Famara beach and visiting the island with the family. Beach is only 15 minutes away. Plenty of surf shops in Famara, but found that there is also a well equipped surf shop in Teguise. Teguise is a great place to stay if looking for quietness and access to nice restaurants and local lifestyle. Shops in town are a bit limited on choice, but a Mercadona in Arrecife, only 20 minutes away offers everything you can need. Pintxos bar is a great place to enjoy a nice evening with very good food (Basque style tapas). All main attractions are within easy reach. This house would be also a great place to stay for those looking for a cycling holiday in comfort.
