“Amazing place”

Everything was perfect!

“This is a nice house but not actually equipped for the number of people it says it can sleep.”

The house itself is very nice, and the garden and surrounds were a good size with good privacy. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved having good wardrobe space. Having aircon in all the rooms was great. The bathrooms were modern and lovely. The kitchen was a good size and there was enough counter space to work on and the double basins were a bonus. Having both a stove and oven as well as a microwave was great as we are keen home cooks. We were very happy to find two big fridges which helped with storing drinks and extra New Year's groceries. The pots and pans were a nice surprise as there were a lot of different sizes and they were good quality. We all loved the good choice in glasses and the very nice crockery. The TV on a swivel mount was useful as we could move it to see it from different angles, not that we watched a lot of TV. The patio area was covered and this was great in the rain showers as we could be outside but dry. The pool was a good size and it was clean and the loungers were in good condition. We all loved the outdoor shower.

The house was well laid out and really comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen, cooking dinner and we spent a lot of time in the outdoor seating area and the pool. The beds were really comfortable and the showers were nice. The house is gated and had plenty of space to park our car and the kids loved playing table tennis. The photos of this place really don't do it justice!

“Beautiful property - would stay again :-)”

The beautiful property is nestled in amongst a very local community on Motu Iti - a very convenient 5 min drive from Maharepa. The large sliding electric gate with clicker was great for that added feeling of security when both in and out of the property and the large hedges surrounding the property were nice for that feeling of privacy as as the neighbors are all very close . Lovely pool with outdoor shower and sun beds. 3 very spacious bedrooms all with fans and lots of storage space. Lovely seating area outside. Nice big kitchen. Washing machine and plenty of clothes lines outside to hang dry clothes. Really fresh, clean home with all the modern facilities you'd need. Appreciated the thoughtful smaller details such as coffee, salt, pepper, oil, shampoo, soap etc. Plenty of towels both for bathroom and pool use. Vibrant cheerful colour schemes around the house and some beautiful art to enjoy on the walls and counters.
