“Expensive mistake.”
Easy to find. The reception staff were great as were the breakfast staff. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The door man can’t remember his name was the best, he would not let us carry anything.

The staff is always very much engaged. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is good. If you travel by car, a good opportunity to wash the car (30DH), fill up fuel and air, as the filling station is on the same areal. You can get Pizza to Go from the snack bar at the filling station.

The few remaining Service employes tried hard. The management did not.

The staff is very kind, accommodating and professional. Always deal with a broad smile and trying utmost to assist. Facility is very clean and welcoming, with amazing view of the mountain.
