We asked for 4 rooms and when we arrived and checked 2 rooms has no air-condition so we called the host and told her that we are not going to stay and requested for a refund. She agreed to give us 50% refund. The weather is very hot and I am sure we senior citizens will not be able to have a good nights sleep. As we did not stay in this homestay I am unable to comment.

We have the whole house for comfort and privacy with quiet neighbourhood; the host even provided Netfix and flat screen TV for guests!

- Excellent homestay for a big family. - Spacious living room with sofa as in the photos with big smart tv. - They have 3 bedrooms with queen size bed each for upper floor and 1 small bedroom with single bed at the lower floor. - At the upper floor, they have 1 bathroom in the master bedroom and 1 interconnecting bathroom for the 2 bedrooms. Another bathroom at the lower floor. Body and hair shampoo is provided for each bathroom. - Aircond in the living room and master bedroom. - The homestay is equipped with more than basic kitchen appliances and utensils. Just buy some groceries item if you don't feel like eating outside. They have Coway, so hot and cold water is readily available. . - Washing machine is available. - Wifi is available and strong signal. - Near to Tawau Hills Park - Staff/owner is very helpful in finding the location of the house. - Overall, the homestay is very clean.

“Comfortable, clean and not far from Tawau Hills Park”

The house was very complete and also clean. We had everything that we needed and a lot of cooking utensils even though we only used them to cook instant noodles. Location was good because we wanted to go to Tawau Hills Park which is further from Tawau town centre. Ummik was quick to respond to all queries that we had. The video on how to get there was very helpful as the location wasn't on Google maps. Ummik also allowed us late check out as we needed to shower and wash clothes after our morning trek. The porch was also good for cleaning our shoes after our hike.

the property is near the restaurant and street food, grocery store and night market, so no problem with food and other things we need the property location is easy to access with guide from the owner, the owner is helpful and friendly

i love the facilities in there. it is complete even w an oven too! the air conditioning on both master bed room and living room is splendid. The tv is a art tv alongside w the wifi, it is good as a staycation house! keep it up 👍
