Our host Daisy was amazing and went out of her way to welcome us, and familiarise ourselves with local area, re places to eat, where to get a massage, and bars to get a well earned drink. Our room was as new, well designed and appointed, and spotlessly cleaned, and zero maintenance issues. Well located within a hospitality hub, once you got there.

The staff are nice and friendly the lady manageress are very polite and friendly very pleasant to speak .

It is located in a commercial district with access to nice restaurants, shops, banks and other facilities. Watson is just downstairs, and the restaurant next door offers discounts for hotel guests since it’s owned by the same group of companies. The rooms are nicely decorated with, very clean and I had a good sleep throughout. All the staffs are very hospitable and attentive, including the guard. Transport is readily accessible through e-hailing services, and there’s ample parking space for those driving. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Ms Daisy, the hotel manager for her generosity and genuine concern about my health as I was not well.

Clean, spacious and comfy place. Not just the room but the whole hotel is clean with great scent! The location is also strategic; very near to lots of eateries, etc in a walking distance. Parking is often available. Very easy to get grab around the area too. Staff and hotel owner are polite and friendly.

It was so unexpectedly clean. Being an 8-year-old hotel, it looked amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and there were so many shops around to get things. I would stay here again if I were to ever visit Tawau again

The Rooms is definitely a place to stay if you are in Tawau. I am very particular about cleansiness and the water supply. Both was perfect! thank you so very much for the friendly staffs as well.
