The ID was fantastic, its new and modern. The place is near to cafes and shops. So it is very convenient and just 30 mins from Tawau airport.

“Comfortable Stay with Convenient Amenities and Spotless Cleanliness”
Though the hotel is small and requires a walk up to the second level, this minor inconvenience is easily overlooked due to its exceptional cleanliness. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great pride in their work. The hotel’s proximity to 24-hour eateries and a nearby self-laundry facility adds to its convenience.

“Highly recommended”
New, clean, comfortable and decor seems new and done in good taste. Nice floral scent in the common area. Convenient location, and value for money. Staff was pretty friendly, room was cleaned and tidied up each day. Aircon was good, android TV, and bed and bedding was very comfy for me.

“Location is strategic. You can get everything you need for your stay.”
The location is very strategic. It is the same row as guardian (big one), coffee place and bakery is just next to the hotel, groceries place behind the building (walking distance), Mayfair clinic (just in case of u feel unwell, the doc here is good), 24 hour mamak place, self service dobi, i think i saw pharmacy too in the area - different block (walking distance), infront of the hotel got bobba place, another coffee place, secret recipe. U are covered basically here if you need anything. Staff is very helpful as well. If you are a traveller with a lot of luggage, the room can be a bit small for you. If not, it is just nice. Toilet is superb! Clean and spacious, modern design also. They provide android TV, u can watch netflix/prime.

Wonderful large toilet with rain shower! Clean new and nice. Quality of massage was well reviewed by my fiancee. Thank you and hope u upkeep the great standards! Netflix was awesome!

Location with a lot of food in the direct surroundings. Also a good cafe for breakfast and very good coffee nearby. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Recommended to stay here.
