Great location, super clean and super friendly. We made use of the terrace at the back and our bikes were safe in the locked parking area.

The location is great, both in a sense of being in the center of the town, and in a sense of getting to other places in Tuscany. Il Caffè degli Amici nearby is a great place for dinner. There were free parking places nearby on Saturday evening in October. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The backyard seemed nice, but we did not have time to go there.

Everything was perfect! The property is VERY clean, very comfortable and Giovanni is an amazing host! Even though we stopped there for one night Giovanni answered all of our questions and the restaurant recommended by him was a HIT! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.

“Very clean and comfortable”
The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is sparkling clean, and well located near a number of nice restaurants. Giovanni is an exemplary host, with good tips of where to go and always concerned about our comfort. We very much enjoyed talking to him and staying at his hotel, and we'd be happy to stay here again.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy. The guy at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. There’s free public parking available on the street opposite the hotel, as well as paid, secure private parking (also on the street, uncovered). The location is peaceful, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a Coop supermarket 7 minutes walk away.

“Friendly Clean Central Accommodation in Lovely Town”
Absolutely love this place. Excellent rooms. SUPER clean. Everything you need - and conveniently right in town. I've stayed here a few times. This was the first time we've used their carpark - which was so convenient and safe. We had a slightly tricky family arrangement of multiple rooms, and correspondence with the host was super clear, simple and friendly. A total favourite.
