Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. From the very beginning, the check-in process was smooth, welcoming, and highly professional, setting a great tone for the entire experience. The room was spotless, well-designed, and extremely comfortable, with attention to detail that really made a difference. Housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options, catering to different preferences. It was clearly well thought out and very well executed. The location is also a major advantage — convenient, well-connected, and ideal for both leisure and business purposes. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every interaction was friendly, attentive, and genuinely customer-oriented. You can clearly see a strong service culture across all touchpoints. Overall, this was a flawless experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return.
