Attractive and well-equipped room. Very convenient location for walking the Francigena. Short walk to restaurant in village.

Valery made me feel welcome right from the start, she and Paolo are exceptional good hosts, supercosy room, breakfirst of top class with homemade youghurt and cakes, will love to come back.

This family’s hospitality is amazing and example for such a business!!! We stayed with them for 4days and we were really enjoying every moment there, thank you dear Poulo and hope to see you again soon :) Toms and Laura

Absolutely amazing stay! 🌅 The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the rooms were beautifully decorated in a charming vintage style – every detail felt so thoughtful, even down to two types of pillow softness! The breakfasts were a dream – delicious local food, homemade cakes, and something new every day. The owner is full of energy and truly cares about every guest. We were even welcomed with a light dinner and a glass of wine – such a warm touch! Highly recommend this place! 💛

The best host in Italy we have ever seen ! So helpful, friendly. Rooms are clean and super. Next day room was cleaned and we were supposed be. Because for this price have such amazing service- this is really very unusual ☺️🤍 There is everything what you need. Highly recommended ❤️ Ooww, breakfast! This is super good as well. Fresh fruit, cases, coffee, scrambles and many others many thanks ❤️

“Delightful”

A beautiful place full of personality in a delightful village. We booked only one night and our main motive was breakfast (none of our other holiday accommodation offered it and we wanted to treat ourselves one morning). It did not disappoint. It had it all: from fresh fruit to homemade treats (both sweet and savoury) with incredible Tuscan views all around. Bonus: wonderful restaurants right out of the front door in a charming, lively plaza. The room was huge and had incredible views from both windows. Staying in San Donato was like being in a movie with all the Tuscany clichés. We loved it :) Thank you Valeria, Paolo and Sara!

An extremely nice setting for this beautiful b&b. Exceptional breakfast with locally made products on their lovely terrace. We got the nicest room with views of the surrounding hills The local pizza place was really nice.

The Terrasse is really great and so beautiful. Paolo and Valeria are such nice hosts that love what they do and were very welcoming. The breakfast was really nice with lots of delicious self made things like cake or croissants and also fresh fruits. We booked a dinner with them it it was really lovely.

Our stay was amazing. It exceded our expectations. Paolo and Valeria were kind and thoughtful helping us book a great wine tasting tour locally and with the delicious breakfast we had. We were able to get the rest and privacy we needed but also felt like where at home. A warm and authentic experience. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

“Fantastic stay in a beautiful castle town”

Fantastic location in the center of a beautiful middle ages castle town. The owners were very welcoming and managed to organise a last minute, out of season tour of San Donato with a great local guide. The building is a historical government palace with a rich history the owners know in detail.

Cute family owned B&B with spectacular views. Very friendly hosts. The room was very spacious, clean which window opened out to a view of the whole valley. Breakfast was great. Good location close to various wineries. Fairly close to Florence

Super Hosts. Paolo and Valeria were so kind and helpful. The location is the center of town and close to our walking route. The breakfast was fantastic and Paolo even gave us some cake and croissants to take with us on our journey.
