Overview
Set in its own vineyards, Agriturismo La Valle A Polvereto is a romantic stone farmhouse built in the 1700s located in Montespertoli. It offers panoramic countryside views from its hilltop location in the Chianti wine area. Just a short distance from the historic Via Francigena pilgrimage route, the property is 10 km outside Montespertoli. It is also 30 minutes' drive from the hill town of San Gimignano. Agriturismo La Valle A Polvereto was renovated in 2004 using only original materials to maintain its architectural features. You have a choice of rooms and apartments, all with terracotta floors and traditional Tuscan décor. In the garden you will find a swimming pool.

Excellent accommodation for rest and relaxation, peace and beautiful nature. An ideal starting point for exploring the whole of Tuscany by car. It is well connected to all major cities and yet ideal for driving and enjoying nature and enjoying local food and wines.

“Beautiful place to be on the countryside”
We liked the way of feeling being on a vacation and possibility to relax. Either by the pool they have or enjoy the neighborhood. I perfect spot to use as abase camp and travel from there to Firence, pisa, siena and so on. The owner is very nice and helpful. The room was great and no need for air condition even though it was warm outside. The thick walls keeps it cool enough. You will need a car to get around. If you don't want to make your own food, there are several restaurants 10-15 minutes away. She will make you breakfast if ordered something I will recommend you to do.

The location is just perfect! Nature all over the place. 50 minutes by car from Florence, 40 minutes from San Gimignano. Very close to nice restaurants to eat locally.

“Authentic Tuscany sorrounding, but too expensive”
The location is fantastic. You get a vibe of the real Tuscany. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. We had to leave really early next morning and our breakfast was prepared at 6.30 (event though they normally start at 8.00). It was fresh and with a lot of variety. We could order drinks by the pool which was nice. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable.

“A very pleasant and relaxing stay”
A really great location in the middle of the wine yard and a perfect place to relax and calm down, but also to make day trips to Florence or Siena or other places. The pool was great and nice feature. At night nicely cooler than in a city and great terrace to sit and have dinner that we made in the kitchen of our apartment.
