Sparkling Clean. Zero flies, a record in Tahiti. Fantastic food recommendations. Have double sink. Modern furniture. Extremely good mattress and warm blankets. Very Friendly host. Has Netflix tv, no additional charge. Big tv.

The landlord couple are exceptional. They are considerate, thoughtful and work very hard to make things perfect here. The place is clean and comfortable and beautiful. They attract good people and many are returning guests. I met nice people and made friends with several guests here. Even the dogs are so friendly, they come to see me at my deck almost everyday! I will come back!

“Wonderful place in the heart of Papeete”
The property was nicely appointed like staying in your own home with a full kitchen and living room! The bathroom is shared by two bedrooms, but very private and clean. Fred, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and area information. There are food trucks nearby serving grilled food, pizza and Chinese dishes.

Cleanliness and comfort was excellent. Everything provided in the modern kitchen. Proximity to banks, supermarket, and roulottes (food trucks). Only an easy half hour walk into town. Attention and help from Fred, our host. Fred would book our taxis, tours, and recommend places to eat, etc, and laid out continental breakfasts for us to our surprise. Tara Tahiti Lodge is a must for anyone visiting Papeete.

Tara Tahiti Lodge is a very comfortable accomodation with everything you need for a few days in Tahiti. Fred is such a nice host and always ready to help. The bicycles perfect to move around the neighbourhood and Papeete and all facilities are clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood is perfectly fine with the food trucks closely as a must for a truly local experience. La dolce is the restaurant closest by with amazing food but a much bigger bill. Just enjoy the local experience at Tara Tahiti Lodge. Thank you Fred for being such a nice host! A bientôt!
