Very clean, affordable and the bed was spacious. The location is really good - close to Himeji, shops, cafes, but without a city noise. Beautiful mountains and a river close by. The owner was nice and accommodating. During the week there was almost no one there, so sometimes I had a whole dorm room for myself

“Great hostel.”
This is one of the best hostels that I have stayed at. The rooms are big enough, the beds are well set out, the common room is cosy, and everything works well.

The owner is really nice person and Tatsuno is well worth visiting. I enjoyed staying at The Perch, and hope to visit it again. :)

The host is super hospitable and very kind. The place is clean and the location is good, it’s close to the mountains and there are some good hikes nearby.

I'm really loving being here, this is great place to be, its like a our home in japan, i really love so much, to be honest , i have been to many countries but this one is the best place i have ever visited.
