Great breakfast, friendly staff at reception, and a comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located right next to the train station. Underground parking is available, and dogs are welcome!

“Nice comfortable room for a hiking outing”
The room was big and comfortable. The hotel location was great: one has the option to go up to Zermatt (the train station is right next to the hotel) or down the valley for other hiking spots. We wanted to do the Europaweg from Randa and walk over the Kuonen bridge (a short word of warning: it is quite a steep walk without terribly many viewpoints!). It was still a lovely walk and I enjoyed the exercise. The hotel has its own large underground garage which we very much appreciated.

Location - unfortunately this place was below average. It was okay... the staff were not rude but not overly helpful either.

“Good for the value”
You cannot beat the location, its just 30seconds away from trainstation. breakfast was good for the value. There was a small dining/working table and two chairs in the room, İt enabled us to drink over mountains. I would come back again.

Loved this property. We stayed in a large family room which was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. The views were amazing of the alps and location spot on for the train station. Would highly recommend.
