The location was excellent. We were there to see the Necropolis, which was only about a 5-minute drive. The apartment is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The only issue was that the AC in one of the bedrooms wasn't working, which in July heat is unbearable. Massimo tried everything to fix it but it wasn't possible. If it wasn't for the AC issue, I would give it 10+ Also, there were nice breakfast items, like cereal, bread, jam/butter, milk, coffee/tea, yogurts, etc.

Massimo, host of this guest house, received us with a warm hospitality. He picked us up at Tarquinia Station and drove us to the station when we left the town, which was very helpful. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The guest house made our stay in Tarquinia perfect!

We stopped for 1 night on the way back north. The place is equipped sufficiently. Lots of elegant antique furniture which helps create atmosphere. I guess it's a good location for visiting Tuscany.
