The front desk Staff Marco and Valerio were exceptional, they are go above and beyond not just on my stay but on other travelers as well. It's so refreshing to see such friendly service in a hotel like this one!

“Out of season perfect tranquility!”

When we booked this in late Sept we hadn't realised the Italian holiday season had finished, so the resort was extremely quiet, this turned out to be a gem for tranquility and a reset. The hotel was lovely, extremely clean and all the staff from reception, house maids and restaurant where attentive and polite. The food in the restaurant was lovely for the evening meals. A special thank you has to go to Simona who we asked on a daily basis for guidance on the local area, checking in and to book a taxi for our early departure. Nothing was too much for her and she took time to explain everything through which added to our positive experience staying here, thank you Simona. The local town 'Tarquina' is absolutely beautiful which is a must visit. This can be reached by using a local bus which does have a restrictive timetable so you have to be organised but it only costs €1 on a single journey. If you wish to travel more then a car is recommended. If you go onto the beach and turn left when the tide is low tide you can wade over a small river inlet which allows you to walk to another resort. The resort has more choice to offer for cafe & restaurants than the immediate beach. In summary, a beautiful peaceful location on the Tuscany coast, with a fab hotel that looks after you. We loved it!

The outdoor pool and grassy area provided many pockets for me and my husband to hang out together away from others if we wanted. The buffet breakfast was also very very good. The staff made it! Stefano was the most helpful manager.

“What a surprise!”

Location, staff, size of the room, towels, toiletries. I was worried about booking after seeing some reviews but did not regret it. The room was clean and the daily service was very good too. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

A bit of a weird smell behind the bed where the bed board was, unsure why but used a spray at times to try combat the smell.

Breakfast offerred a good selection and variety of food. The evening menu was a little limited, but the food and drink was all good to excellent. We found the staff very helpful and welcoming and tried really hard to please. We cannot fault the service provided. The hotel seems to be a favourite with Italians, but had many nationalities staying.

The pool area was great although the hotel did not provide towels for guests and it closed relatively early (7pm)

Great location, excellent and kind staff

Pool was very clean and warm. Staff were constantly cleaning the pool area. Friendly staff who will make you drinks on request. Huge bed, in a large well stocked room with great balcony. Their restaurant was excellent, with a lovely view of the sea. Their breakfast was also very good.

A large room with a spacious bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. Very close to the sea, very quiet, and with few people around.

Good position, just off the beach in a little village close to Tarquinia. The room was large and quite. The staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant is cozy with tables facing at the sunset. The food was also tasty.

“One night with dog”

We have booked in the last minute, and when we have arrived we got an upgraded room free of charge. We arrived with dog and we got a welcome kit as well. We have seen there is a dog friendly area in the hotel's garden, and the see is just in front of the hotel. Maria at the reception was really helpful and kind with us, we got a great warm welcome in the night time. Breakfast had wide range of choices, with food intolerance you should not face with any problem too. The terrace where you can take breakfast/dinner has See view which was amazing to have some chill time. Definitely we will visit this place again!
