“Great room, great location and a lovely host”

The owner was really, really nice. The breakfast was very good and all the accommodation was excellent. The bed was comfy, the shower was good, the room was quiet just nice to get back to after a long day out. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Great stay, loved it all.

Very central location with easy parking (3 € for 24 hrs), nice and comfortable room, good bathroom, and very friendly and helpful lady.

The facilities are really well maintained and the host is simply great! Very nice and quiet room perfect for families.

So, so lovely! Brilliant location, lovely room, exceptionally friendly and welcoming host. I loved it. I came to see the tomb paintings bit I found Tarquinia to be so beautiful. Giuliana was so kind and thoughtful. I didn’t want to leave! i will definitely return.

The location is very central. The room and bathroom is very nice and spacious. The central room where breakfast is served is beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very good, you could have fresh eggs and cakes prepared by the owner of the hostel.

Extremely helpful hostess, nothing at all too much trouble.. Comfortable B & B in the centre of town with a 15 minute walk to the tombs - clearly signposted.. Room bright & clean with everything that is needed for an overnight stay. Continental breakfast. Be advised that 3 flights stairs to B & B and no lift, however, hostess helped with the luggage without us even asking. If travelling by train, no taxi's available, but when getting off the train a bus will arrive after 5 mins. to take you to the city wall and then approx. 500 m to hotel, which is straight up the hill.

A real jem of a place with really friendly and caring staff. The room was very nice and almost looked brand new. Everything worked like a charm,- including the wifi. They made me feel very welcome and the breakfast was awesome. If I ever come back I will most definitely stay here.
