I'm cycling Italy, from New Zealand. I got into town late, hot and tired. Found this by chance, it was perfect for me, a/c cooled me down, wifi and all facilities work well. Very happy, stayed another night. The old town is crazy with history. GPS struggled to find it, be patient, if you find DOT Cafe your 200 meters away.

Tarquinia is a beautiful town and the location (although not easy to find) is perfect, in the middle of the old town. The room was spacious and comfortable.

the hosts are very friendly, a quiet place, but if you are in a low car on a dirt road, you will not be able to drive up to the house

“An apartment with lots of character and a breathtaking view.”

'Al Castello' lies at one of the most beautiful spots of Tarquinia. Right in the heart of the medieval centre, next to the castle (nomen est omen). The view from the terrace is breathtaking. At the same time, the apartment is conveniently located if you travel by public transport. The house dates from the 14th century and has loads of character. Rooms are clean and tidy, coffee & tea are great.

The location was excellent, near the main square and the buses' terminus. Lovely old building, the room had beautiful view of the valley and sea, we had air con, which was great as it was super hot. Though no breakfast, we had a fridge and facilities for coffee/tea etc. Many bars nearby to have coffee and croissants, as well as very good restaurants. The room was really spacious and very, very clean.
