The property is absolutely stunning—peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The traditional Moroccan architecture combined with modern comfort made the atmosphere magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The pool area was serene, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh local products.

“The wellness services are not there”

I booked on the bases of the wellness things. On arrival this was not provided. We left and want our money back. At the moment (3 days after) I'm typing the creditcard was not charged ( yet?)

The staff were excellent and catered for all our needs and requests , including giving us a guided tour of the property. Our suite was amazing with 3 private areas including 2 courtyards and a terrace overlooking the surrounding area. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves including the pool area . Only downside was with there being a drought we could not use the enormous bath , and the river was dry . The place is literally an oasis in the middle of the desert. The roads there was rough, however the kind gentleman that looked after us in the morning gave the guided tour also guided us more easily out of the area on his bike. Something he offered without us asking... Thanks so much

“Fantastic stay”

Wowowowow what a paradise. It’s in the middle of nowhere but it is STUNNING. Yousef speaks English but is the only staff member that does and he waited on us hand and foot. Just absolutely insanely amazing service. I went for a dog rescuing mission and I was terrified to travel solo, but I really felt so safe I never even locked my doors. Just stunning, food was delicious and they all try so so hard.

Our stay was the best we’ve had so far . The staff ( Jawad ) was kind enough to upgrade our room to a bigger one with an incredible view of the river. The breakfast was extremely delicious. we’ve had a great time.

“It met all our expectations.”

We love this place and have stayed three times. It is not easy to find or to reach, but its worth theffort. In fact in terms of price and offer we both think it is totally exceptional. There is no alcohol available, but if you really need it I think the staff would help you get it. Great breakfasts and a super swimming pool. And the village round the corner is interesting and welcoming. Dont expect the wonders of Marrakesh and Fez, but if you want to immerse into Moroccan life from a rather luxurious standpoint you could not do better. The decor is in very good taste. Just being there is an aesthetic experience.

The staff are incredibly kind, helpful and funny. The dinner was absolutely divine. The best baghrir I had for breakfast anywhere. The place gives off a sanctuary vibe. It’s the kind of place you can go to if you need to focus, rest, or retreat for any kind of reason. Very peaceful and beautiful with all the flowers

“Great stay”

Very nice hotel. The hotel beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are bright thanks to the ingenuity of the architecture. We stayed in a suite and the private garden was well landscaped and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also had dinner and it was really delicious. My favorite was the soup and marmalade cake. Mohamed Ali, Jawed and all the staff are pleasant, friendly and made us feel very welcome. There is no laundry service, but when I asked they washed and were very helpful.
