Located a 10-minute walk from the old Medina and the souks, Palais Oumensour offers a swimming pool in its garden, a terrace and a traditionally-decorated lounge with a TV corner and a library. I had a truly beautiful stay at Palais Oumensour. The place is absolutely stunning, with refined Moroccan architecture, elegant details, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed. Every corner of the riad is thoughtfully designed, creating a sense of calm and authenticity. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They made me feel genuinely welcome and were always available to help, while still being discreet. The service felt warm and personal. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a tasteful decoration that reflects Moroccan craftsmanship. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The food was also excellent, with delicious traditional dishes prepared with care. Overall, I highly recommend Palais Oumensour for anyone looking for a peaceful, elegant, and authentic Moroccan experience. I would definitely come back.

“Beautiful oasis”
We booked on a recommendation and it was just as we'd hoped. Once through the door you're in an oasis away from the hustle of the town. The inner courtyard is stunning and wonderful to sit and relax. All the staff were friendly, attentive and professional, and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Dinner in the hotel was delicious (one of the best tagines we had while in Morocco), served in one of the rooms off the courtyard as it was still chilly in the evening. Only there for one night, we would happily have stayed longer and will definitely try to go back if travelling through Taroudant again.

The staff were all fabulous, very attentive, friendly and professional. My room had a lovely private terrace and there were lots of other areas inside and out where you could sit and relax. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve experienced in Morocco and was provided with a soft pillow as requested.

“A hidden gem in Taroudants crown”
It’s an oasis in the middle of the city , so nice and clean, the bedroom was like a palace with extremely comfortable bed , the staff was fluent in many languages. A young girl name Huda spoke in fluent English and always very intensive ready to help.
