Loved the character, spacious rooms, the tortoises and the pool. Food was good. Decent choice, plus ability to get a beer or glass of wine. Secure hidden parking for 2 motorcycles.

“Perfect, relaxing stay”
The staff were very friendly, smily and helpful. The food was really delicious. The room was beautiful; originally designed for a Czech princess, as the architect himself explained - and very spacious. The swimming pool was well maintained, a refreshing oasis in the middle of the dry inland. The location was perfect for the season as it was pleasantly warm there, while there was an icy wind in the coast.

Everything was absolutely exceptional. The place is stunning—truly beautiful—and the staff are incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. Hicham was amazing, and so was the night staff member whose name I didn’t catch. They both went out of their way to give us great recommendations and make us feel at home. The owner was just as wonderful—so attentive and genuinely caring. He took the time to chat with us and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. And the cherry on top: I had the best lamb tagine of my life (and I’m Moroccan, so that says a lot). It was unbelievably flavorful, and the bread was just as delicious. An unforgettable experience from start to finish.

“Warm hospitality, great food, and a charming stay”
Our stay at Le Moulin was truly memorable. Even though the weather wasn’t quite on our side, it did little to dampen what was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The real highlight was the warm and genuine hospitality. JB and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, creating an atmosphere that felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel. Their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference and turned a simple getaway into something special. The food was also excellent, fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. Each meal was something to look forward to and added another layer to the overall experience. The setting is peaceful and full of charm, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind. Even in less-than-perfect weather, it’s easy to appreciate the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a lovely stay. Thank you again to JB and his family, we would happily return and highly recommend Le Moulin Taroudant to anyone looking for a warm, authentic experience.

“Beautiful relaxing stay in Taroudant”
The riad is absolutely beautiful, the pool is lovely and has plenty of space for lounging and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, a mix of homemade pancakes and bread. And the hosts were charming and super helpful. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely plan to return.

“Recommended stay when visiting Taroudant!”
One of the most beautiful riads in Taroudant! Most Riads are very dark inside and don't have much open space but this one is very open and clear. The hosts Hicham (morning and afternoon) and Ousmane (late afternoon and evening) were so friendly and really make this place stand out from other places. They were superfriendly and always helpful with tips and recommendations! As far as we noticed this was also one of the only places where alcohol was served. Outside in the city we did not find this anywhere. You can have a nice lunch at the riad or make reservations for dinner. We ate there often because it was so delicious. Some days during our stay it was raining but there is a nice room with a fireplace where you can eat then. Breakfast is also served there during winter months since it can still be pretty cold outside early morning. It was very nice and cosy. The room (we stayed in the tower) was very nice and spacious! Excellent bed to sleep in, very comfortable! The riad is a bit in the edge of the city so you will need to calculate at least a 15 min walk to the center or you can order a kalesh to take you there. Just make sure to ask for the price in advance and agree upon an amount!

“A completely charming historical oasis. Think relaxed and unique Moroccan experience rather than high-end luxury.”
The owners and staff were lovely, generous and welcoming. English is more limited but they all speak French. The food was delicious, we had simple, tasty fresh pasta dishes with wine and gorgeous desserts. The location is convenient. The surroundings are utterly charming and we had great hot showers - essential for staying in the winter. A Riad is obviously perfectly designed for visitors staying in warmer weather, in winter there is a log fire in the dining room but no other heating. Spare duvets were provided.

“A calm, welcoming island of tranquility.”
A real oasis, thoughtfully laid out with a very chilled atmosphere. The gardens are cool and calming and the design is beautiful. It is in a peaceful location 20 minutes' walk from the bustling centre and a short walk from some decent snack bars and a superb patisserie. Yunus and Esham were exceptionally helpful with transport and booking activities as well as being, along with JB, warm and welcoming hosts. The pool is a decent size and excellent for cooling off after a stomp around Taroudant.

Lovely place! And super Nice Staff ❤️ Great great pool, Nicely decorated room, free parking nearby. Great food available all through the day. Non guests can also have drinks and food there, so thats something to keep in mind ( privacy) A couple of tortoises are roaming around the garden and pool area. Great local market a bit outside of town on a sunday, near the big supermarket. Walking to the center of town is a bit of a walk, especially in the summer heat. But we really liked taroudant, mostly because of the friendliness of the people.

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner JB was very attentive and helpful organising transfers. Special shout out to Younus, who gave lots of recommendations and even made us breakfast when we had to leave before the official breakfast slot. He couldn't have been kinder or more helpful 🙂 Good food at very reasonable prices Pool is lovely Air-con good and invaluable when it's 40 degrees outside
