“Great value for money, and an interesting alternative for an overnight stay on a long trans European journey”

It’s a very interesting period Property, a friendly atmosphere situated right on the main square in the middle of town. We had a large van, which we were able to park for free just around the corner. Although square has busy bars and restaurants, we chose to eat in the Hotel restaurant itself.

Spent a night here en route to the mountains - hotel was right on the main square with a lovely view - check in quick and easy, room was huge, clean, and the large bath a hit with my wife :-) Restaurant was good for dinner, and breakfast also very nice.

Location is super! The room was in good condition, but it was clear that it hadn't been renovated for a long time. Overall, a good option in the historical part of the city.

The property is in nice traditional style , the food was amazing! Staff really nice and helpful. Very big bedrooms, bathroom with shower and corner bath. Generally nice and clean.

We had a very spacey apartment in the back of the hotel, so despite being at the very city centre, it didn’t get loud in the evening.

Great location right on the main square. Historic building with a rich history, and pleasant, spacious rooms. We booked the 80sqm royal suite (room 6) and found it to be very adequate. Staff were friendly and facilitated an early check-in which allowed us time to recover from our journey and drop our bags before heading out to explore the city.
