“i want to get some refund because of these many problems.”
the tank above the toilet seat was tripping water. hole week. Nobody didnt do snowwork and we could not get in the gottage until monday and nobody in the novasol did not answer to my many calls and emails. So we had to rent two hotelrooms for two nights. Those nigts costs us 324€ + restaurant foods for two days. also because nobody didnt do snow work we didnt managed to go to ski on friday and we were bougt tickets for two people at that day.
