“PERFECT BEACH APARTMENT FOR A STAY IN TARIFA”
We received a very warm welcome from Elena on arrival and was shown around the apartment. The location was perfect for our stay in Tarifa. The apartment is very spacious and airy ..having lots of windows and air conditioning. So helpful to have a secure Safe in the wardrobe to enable us to store our passports safely. The view from the balcony in the morning was simply stunning… and the sunsets in the evening were beautiful. We enjoyed a very pleasant 15 min walk along the beach to the old town centre & the harbour. Ample parking to the side of the apartment …but there is also an underground parking space if needed.

“Serene Beachfront Condo”
Just an absolute gem of a stay. We coordinated an arrival time to collect our keys. Our rental car was too large for their parking so we opted for the plentiful street parking out front. It was safe and easy to monitor from the unit. The balcony overlooking the sea and Africa is breathtaking. I stayed out there morning and night because it was heavenly. The kitchen has everything you need and the rooms were basic but comfortable. They even provided toiletries, which was a huge plus! I would return here in a heartbeat.

- Great views. - Looks just like in pictures. - Great location, 3 min walk to some nice beach bars and ca. 15 min walk to the old town city center. 1 minute to the beach :). - Friendly and very responsive hosts. we also had a flexible check in experience, which we appreciated a lot.

An unforgettable stay in Tarifa This apartment is simply spectacular. It’s spacious, full of natural light, and has a large living room and terrace that open directly onto the beach—with stunning views of Africa. Everything was spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need. The check-in process, including the online registration, was smooth and easy, and Iker and his team were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire stay. Staying here truly makes visiting Tarifa a unique and unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend it enough!

The location was absolutely perfect. Myself and my wife have visited Tarifa on many occasions, staying in a hotel previously but with our 3 year old it made a lot more sense to stay in an apartment on the beach. Lances Beach Penthouses were the perfect accommodation for our needs. The apartment is roomy, it has all the facilitates you need and the decor in the apartment perfectly matches the spectacular Tarifa. The location is absolutely excellent, right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops etc and only a 5-10 min walk along the beautiful promenade to the old town. There is ample parking outside the building but a car space is provided for you underground if needed. We just parked outside for convenience. Elena met us on check in and check out. Everything was handled via WhatsApp and she is very friendly, offering assistance if we needed it. Iker, although I never met him messaged me to make sure all was okay as well, which was very kind of him. So as for hosts, they were both excellent. We are planning to stay again next year, and possibly for a longer stay as we absolutely love Tarifa and now have found the most perfect accommodation to stay in.

The apartment is right on the beach and a 12 minute walk from the old town and about 15 minutes from the port. We took a day trip to Morocco and it was excellent. (You can ask for a woman guide in Morocco. FYI.)

Perfect location. Quiet location, but only 15 minutes walk to the center. Wonderful view, directly at the kite spot (only at Poniente, otherwise offshore). Very well equipped, nothing was missing. Super comfortable bed. Very friendly stuff
