Location is convenient to town. They now have a designated smoking area near the pool, which gets people away from the front door allowing for a little more peace and quiet in the evenings from the habitual drinking/smokers arguing on the balconies all night.

Pool was nice but no shade great BBQ area plenty of seating, the room was clean i liked the bed its fairly firm. Its in a great location close to the water for morning strolls and coffee.

We were able to use the crockery, cutlery, kettle and toaster in our room to make breakfast. The motel just across the road from the Manning River and a beautiful walkway alongside the riverl.
