“Amazing hospitality just like family”
The hospitality was amazing. The receptionist was very friendly. I wanted to see some sights in the Taraz countryside, and she organized me a driver to not only take me there, but to all the other historic sights in Taraz. The hotel staff really made Taraz the special experience that it is. The room was big, clean and modern too, and a short walk from the train station. Recommend the Saphire hotel to anyone!
