“Nice place and kind staff”
I’ll star saying the staff was amazing and kind. When I arrive they offered me coffee or something else. Then my room was amazing, everything was clean. With heating and the toilet was clean. About the location it depends about your plans. But was ok.

“Very nice hotel.”
The staff is very helpful and rooms are very confidential and spacious. We have bought watermelon on the way and they even provided us with plates and knife to help cut it. Thanks a lot.

“Friendly and helpful staff”
I got a 4am train the next day and they have been super helpful. The room is perfect. The atmosphere is great and you can play snooker. There’s a bus station nearby.

“An Italian hotel in Taraz”
I was surprised to see such hotel in Taraz, It’s quite and at night you sleep like a rock , it’s very clean, and very comfortable, the rooms are huge and very comfortable, we had all accessories as well, the breakfast was standard for any italian hotels, the coffee was excellent , the staff was helpful and very responsive,Fantastic experience

“Nice and cozy”
Located in a good spot where you can reach almost anything by foot. The staff is very kind and helpful. Some even speak English. The room is clean and tidy. Had a very pleasant stay in that cozy hotel.
