I am leaving a very negative review of this hotel. First of all, there is no proper parking. The area that the reception claims to be the hotel’s parking is actually just a regular city street — it is neither fenced nor secured. There is a lounge bar across the street, which further raises concerns about the safety of the car. At check-in, the receptionist assured me that this was their parking and promised to call me when a spot became available, but the situation was never resolved. Secondly, during check-in they started asking for an additional payment, claiming that Booking had calculated the price incorrectly. This is highly unprofessional and creates a negative impression right from the start. The room itself is also very disappointing: — the shower is leaking, with water dripping through holes in the ceiling; — there is no internet; — the TV is not working; — the room is extremely hot, with no working temperature control; — there is a constant noise from some kind of motor behind the wall, making it difficult to rest; — the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the level of service and the condition of the room do not meet expectations. I do not recommend this hotel.
