The location is amazing!!! The rooms should have airco. They should offer some books, board games, or something to relax or kill the time.

The location and the view was truly amazing. I felt like I am in a movie.

Everything was fantastic, I will be coming back soon. The food, service and location was unbelievable. I recommend taking all the tours the hotel offer.

“Beautiful accommodation and very family friendly”

The hotel is set in a beautiful location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pools are great - especially for kids. The hotel was very family friendly e.g. there are short trails for kids to do to spot frogs etc, you can pre-order dinner to be ready at a certain time and it was always ready. The service in the restaurant was excellent.

The rooms didn't keep the bugs out! If you had a light on at night, the room Waa full of bugs in 3 minutes.

“Gorgeous spot to enjoy the mountainous jungle”

We loved the phenomenal location with views over the river and the rainforest-covered mountains. The pool area is great, staff is friendly and helpful and there are plenty of things to do around. Seeing wild animals on the property was definitely a plus! (Monkeys, frogs, birds…)

Fantastic magical place. Staff is learning English and we're doing great. The food is amazing and the lodges are spacious with wonderfull views. I totally recommend this place. Thanks

“Great stay in the jungle”

As far as jungle stays go this was unreal! The hotel is outstanding! The location is so beautiful, and the lodges are all so nice. Keep the doors shut to keep the bugs out. Nice to sit on the balcony, watching the river and the cloud forests was magical. The pool was also great! Food was possibly some of the best we ate our entire trip. We were not expecting the food to be SO GOOD! Yes, there are bugs - as someone from the UK this was a hilarious experience as I have never seen crickets and grasshoppers this size before so kept the staff entertained when I would scream at them landing on me :) But this was one of the highlights of the trip. We did a river tour - the guides speak mainly Spanish, but you can still get the jist even if your Spanish is extremely basic (like ours). We also had a translator who was volunteering at the hotel who came along so that was helpful! We saw a sloth on the boat trip, that was really special. Lots of birds and saw some tiny monkeys too.

Just an incredible place to stay. The staff - reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping - were amongst the best I have experienced in hospitality. The food is excellent. The rooms are big, comfortable, clean and nice to be in. There are two pools - one amazing natural pool and the main one. The wildlife and insects everywhere make you feel like you’re right in the heart of the rainforest. Make sure and ask for tours from Rodil - he’s excellent!

Very beautiful hotel and surroundings. We stayed in both the double room and the canopy suite. Very nice both of them. Canopy suite was spectacular with a great view and closeness to nature. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything, the place is amazing, the restaurant has really good food, and good drinks. Amazing pull and views, in the middle of the jungle. The natural pool and the path are such a nice add to an already amazing place to stay.

The location was amazing, serene, quiet and green! And with a great pool, as well as the river and a natural pool! And the suite room is excellent, by far the best in the entire lodge. Also, the food and service of the restaurant/bar is top notch.

“Beautiful place!!!”

This lodge is really beautiful, just like the pictures. It’s located like an hour away from Tarapoto. We stayed in a suite and the view from the room was amazing! waking up everyday with that view just made your day better instantly. Breakfast is included, and it was good everyday! They also have a restaurant for lunch and dinner. The pool is big enough for people to hang out without feeling like a public pool. Drinks at the bar are decent. This lodge also offers some tours inside and outside the hotel, even if you don’t take them you can walk around the property and feel like you’re in the real jungle. they also have a waterfall/natural pool in the hotel which was nice for the hot days!
