A loud party made it impossible to sleep all night. The hotel didn’t offer any discount or provide any solution. very disappointing, would not ever stay here again.

“too noisy unable to sleep”
a loud party next to the hotel went until 4am with the whole building shaking from the music. absolutely horrible experience, had to get up for work with only 2 hours sleep and the hotel refused to offer any compensation saying it was not their fault. definitely do not stay here if you value your sleep.

“Nice hotel at the heart of Tarapoto with a beautiful roof terrace”
The hotel is two minutes from the main square with all the nice restaurants and bars just around the corner. Rooms are quiet and the best thing in this hotel for me was the rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served with a view over the cities and where you can close your day quite nicely.

“No frills, easy stay in Tarapoto”
One of the best locations in Tarapoto, right next to the bars and restaurants. Really friendly staff and the room and bathrooms were great, especially the shower (which you need if you are going to go trekking). Also we had a nice balcony view of the city during breakfast.
