“My stay was good. I was only here for one night but when I came ago going to stay longer.”
The hotel is tropical and beautiful. It is well kept and clean. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed comfortable. Air con in all the rooms, and the all staffs were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast, what can I say, it was lovely and healthy. More then enough to eat, eat as much as you want.

Beautiful setting with the pool and the restaurant. Comfortable bed, fresh towels every day and good soap. Good tour to the Lago Azul with the hotel.

“Beautiful hotel - we really enjoyed our stay.”
We loved the pool! Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the fact that there was often parrots around looking for scraps. There is a cafe and a restaurant within the complex, so it's easy to relax. Our room was great - clean and comfortable.

“Gem of a hotel in the heart of town!”
Lovely hotel, great staff, beautiful wooden chairs and yoga/hammock area right in the middle of town! Great breakfast, and onsite restaurants to cater for all tastes! Aside from this... little gem of a place to stay in town.

The hotel overall is good, but I was disappointed to find that the airport transfer, which was supposed to be included, ended up costing me extra when the taxi driver asked for payment. This happened when we arrived at the airport, and I couldn't do anything to change it. This situation needs improvement.
