Overview
Located among breath-taking views of the Peruvian Amazon, Bosque Guardian Lodge is only 40 minutes away from the city of Tarapoto’s airport, in San Martin Region. The lodge is next to the Cordillera Escalera conservation area and, for that reason, some of the Bosque Guardian Association’s main goals are to protect the environment through reforestation, educational activities, and wildlife monitoring. The Bosque Guardian Lodge boasts beautifully crafted bamboo rooms within the lush rainforest. Our private conservation area has several exciting trails that will allow you to discover the jungle. Moreover, you will live unique experiences: top Peruvian cuisine with exotic produce from our organic farm, and ecotourism activities. Swim in the Tiraco River and its wonderful pink rocks, enjoy a dive in the waterfall; follow the cacao and Melipona bee trails, visit the frog pond, explore wildlife and bird-watching, and get to see the new footage of our camera traps. You could also develop new skills at our paper workshop, where you could learn how to make ecofriendly objects with natural fibers. “A Luxury stay out in the Jungle”
My husband and I had a great stay here. Luxury beyond the ordinary. Amazing food that was served in different places out in nature, the room was very beautiful and the staff did everything to make sure we had a good time! A place to recommend if you want something out of the ordinary

The property is very exclusive, in the middle of the jungle: everything is 5 STAR: the accomodation, the food the personal attention. Usually in other places the pictures are better than reality , here the reality was 2 class higher than we expected!

Luxurious lodge, unique tours and activities, involving and supporting the local community. Creative chef and very attentive staff. Delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner! A really unforgettable experience, highly recommended.

“Peaceful time in unspoiled nature”
The lodge was very secluded and perfect for being in nature and relaxing. The view from the Mountain View lodge was stunning. The bed was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the activities. We would absolutely recommend this lodge for some peaceful time in nature.

“Superb!”
Thelocation is unbelievable beautiful, the activities are much better than I excepted as the groups were very small. They use the money from the hotel to work on their sustainable project which, in my opinion, makes this place unique and special. The rooms are amazing and the staff is really kind. The food is delicious, like if you were eating a bit of forest. They really care for the environment and work hard to be sustainable. I would stay again without hesitation.
