Its the middle of a canyon so I feel like anything that isn't a tent feels awesome! We had comfy beds, the showers were shared and outside, they weren't warm when we used them but other people said they had been. Bring your own toilet paper The food was nice - 25 soles for dinner, soup, main dish, tea and desert of a piece of canned peach. Was vegetarian too which is great. Breakfast was included and was big! Two pancakes with banana and caramel on top, an egg with capcicum, a cracker and avocado. Plus a Litre of hot water with coca leaves and different teas. Water you can buy for 8 soles for 2.5L across from the hostel, not sure how much it is at the hostel itself. This was the average price we found it in the canyon - more at sangalle and hostels it seems. We had lighting and charging in our room but some others didn't! Wifi is 5 soles but you have reception if you have data :)

Really nice owner who cooked a delicious 3 course meal for everyone who was staying! The rooms where basic but everything you need for a night to recover from the hike. Really good price quality ratio!!

The perfect stay inside of the colca Canyon, we got a free upgrade with an incredible view and everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and even prepared early to start the hike while it was less hot.

The owners of this place are very sweet- truly made us feel comfortable and cared for! They gave us a room upgrade for free and catered for us being vegan with a delicious meal. Has a very cosy vibe!!

They have awsome grass in the area between the buildings. The bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. They make you breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want and the food is great. Reasonably priced too (10-25 soles). The staff was very friendly and there is wifi.

We stayed here the day before ascending the canyon and returning to Cabanaconde. It was peaceful and exactly what we needed after the morning hike. We loved relaxing in the garden and taking in the quiet atmosphere. The food was very good, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with really cozy beds. A perfect place to rest and recharge before or after the trek.

“Best accommodation in Colca Canyon”
This was by far the best accommodation we had during our 4days/3nights self guided tour through Colca Canyon. Very tidy and clean rooms, excellent food and service, beautiful location. Very fair pricing. A place to relax and enjoy. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will surely come back at some time

“Prime location, rustic but plenty comfortable! Great value!”
We did this as our second night of the Colca Canyon Hike. The location is prime! We had a basic room but honestly after walking in the heat it was very welcomed! The bed is comfortable and they certainly gave us enough blankets to make sure we weren’t cold. They have everything you need onsite and made a delicious vegan dinner and breakfast for us. We mainly dealt with Victor who was really friendly and sweet, he couldn’t do enough for us. The place is rustic but that’s its charm and for what we paid, we were very happy!

It’s in a really pretty location. The people are friendly and helpful, the sandwich to take away for our hike the next day was actually really big and stuffed with avocado. Dinner was decent for 25 soles, better than some other accomodations in the canyon, had a soup, main, tea and dessert.

Beautiful place. Gloria is fantastic and super welcoming. Such a lovely garden to relax in after a long hike. Lovely home made food using vegetables from the garden. Definitely recommend!

We had a room with beautiful view, wc and shower with hot water. You can order delicious lunch. In garden there is lot of trees with fresh Avocados 🥑
