“Good standard hotel, well serviced.”
Large comfortable rooms, very comfy beds & pillows, good AC. Bathroom was fine. Central location but no noise from the street. Easy to store bags there after check out while waiting for our bus. 1pm checkout was useful!

“A nice hotel downtown.”
One of those places that's way bigger on the inside, which is spacious, high-ceilinged and immaculately cared for.by pleasant and dedicated staff. It's given good reviews for a reason. Well-appointed rooms with everything you need and really comfy beds.

“Just average, I won't remember this place. Not bad but nothing remarkable.”
I didn't have many expectations. The place is ok. I needed a place to sleep two days before heading to Guatemala. The room was pretty clean and the bed comfy. Location is good, in the citycenter. The garden is wonderful.

“Mexican 5 star treatment”
The staff in this hotel is beyond amazing. The parking is secure and 247. The facilities are clean beds comfy enough. Not sure I could ask for more. You're not going to get any work done on their wifi but that’s more of an issue with this whole part of the country.

A bit pricey at the restaurant, but tasty. Good service, very clean, nice bedding and towels.

Lowest price in Tapachula (even cheaper when booked via mobile phone), most central, has all essentials for the price paid (hot water, aircon, clean toilets, Internet), friendly and helpful staff.

“Poor Wifi reception and not so clean”
The staff was friendly and it is located a few blocks away from the city centre, there are a few restaurants nearby
