Quiet, somewhat secluded location, but with dining and shopping options nearby. Quick, uncomplicated check-in with friendly staff. Rooms on the ground floor are accessible. Simple, clean rooms – we had everything we needed, including free WiFi. Adequate breakfast selection – breakfast is served in the affiliated restaurant a hundred metres away. Good parking facilities.

“Nice stay for 1 night when heading to Strömstad ferry”
Beautiful surroundings. We had a spacious room in the 2nd floor corner, with windows facing 2 directions. You can buy drinks (at least local beer) from the reception and enjoy it in the garden chairs or in the room. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket within a short walking distance.

“Good position, nice but quite expensive”
Quaint building, own parking, for free. Not so much to visit in the village itself, but the location makes it easy for travellers to reach nearby sights.

“Perfect location, good nights sleep and great stay over all.”
Breakfast was set out and well staffed. Lovely selection of breakfast foods. I loved the personal touch with the tributes to former managers of the hotel next to each room door. Wall paper and bright surroundings were well done and cheerful. The room was very small but the location was well worth it. Nice to have a world class restaurant next door.

“Brilliant hotel”
Really lovely hotel, everything great had the buffet dinner and breakfast which were both very good. I thought the pictures on booking.com didn't do it justice. Would have been nice to eat breakfast outside as the weather was lovely.
