The owners were incredibly hospitable, generous and caring! Made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious! Some of the best I’ve had in Nepal.

The location is superb, the hosts are delightful (friendly and accommodating), the breakfast was great and the home cooked evening meal was one of the best we had in Nepal.

Owner kamal and wife were extremely welcoming. Kamal even helped carry my heavy backpack up and down those steep stairs leading to hotel. Enjoyed my stay and home cooked Nepali dinner. Got treated to Tika welcome and farewell, and even a Nepali hat as farewell gift!!

Our plan was to visit Lumbini. But decided in the moment to stop in Tansen. Best decision ever. It's around 10 degrees colder. Welcomed by this warm and lovely family. We extended to 3 night instead of 1. Really recommend this place. All food is freshly made. My new favourite food. She's really good at it. Breakfast and dinner! If you want you can hike, our explore this authentic village. Also the owner loves to show you things if you want. Everything is good, nothing is needed, everything is possible. Beautiful view. You can see the mountains. Defenetely coming back to this place. Thankyou family❤️ Visitor from the Netherlands

Such a homey and comfortable place, the owners really made sure it would feel like home. Didi and Dai were so incredibly hospitable! The food was otherworldly as well, the best Dal Bhat I’ve ever had! A must stay for when you’re in Tansen

The family go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and help in any way they can. I was able to choose a room and they have a fantastic view of Tansen. Lots of natural light, delicious food and I felt very looked after. When I lost my valuables the family supported and helped me for hours on end and took the matter to heart. Thanks to their help I was able to get my things back. Natures Treat Homestay really is a beautiful home with beautiful people.

“The most perfect Nepalese family”

This place is hard to rate because the room wasn’t the best, but it was very cheap. However, most importantly, the family who runs this place were the loveliest people who would do everything to ensure you have a great stay. I completely lost my heart to them. They cook delicious food, I could have my laundry done for a small fee, and their son accompanied me on an amazing excursion. I can warmly recommend this wonderful place!

Perfect place to stay in Tansen. Rooms are comfortable and with a nice view. The family is so lovely and they give you very good advice to visit the city and surroundings. Moreover the food is delicious and tasteful, don’t hesitate to have dinner there (although Tansen has a few good places for food!) I’d highly recommend spending two nights here to really enjoy the atmosphere of the city. Thank you for you warm welcome 🙏

Excellent homestay in Tansen with good views overlooking the town. Delightful hosts and shoutout to Bishwas who showed us around town and even got up early and took us out on a sunrise hike (much recommended!). Breakfasts were great and we had dinner each day which was exceptionally tasty and authentic local food. Big recommendation to stay here when you're in Tansen!

“Simply Perfect!”

Located in the city centre, this guesthouse it's simply perfect! The rooms are large and clean, just as the bathroom. The view from the terrace and from the room's balcony it's amazing! Kamal and Sumitra ( with their children ) could not be more kind, always ready to help the guest for everything. The breakfast ( included ) it's good but don't miss a dinner cooked by Sumitra: it will be one of the best and most authentic meal that you could have in Nepal ( and cheap as well ). Even the price of the room it's definitly affordable! So, if in Tansen, just stay here: you will feel at home if not better!

I was made to feel at home with such a hospitable family! There was a lot of information for what to see in Tansen and around the area and was helped to get to places outside of town. The food here is amazing! Would highly recommend staying here
