You charged me an additional $100 as a deposit on the 10th and said it would be refunded at checkout on the 11th, but that didn’t happen. On the 11th, you used my card and made a new $100 charge, then immediately canceled it just to get a cancellation receipt. You stole the $100 from me.

I had a king room with a jacuzzi that could fit 2 people and a balcony. The room was remodeled recently. The staff was friendly and there was a good breakfast with oatmeal and eggs. There's also a nice size pool. Convenient easy on easy off the interstate.

“dirty, go elsewhere.”
This property is gross. The room was dirty and there was some kind of nest in the room. you would think in a smaller hotel it would be taken care of.
