It had an olds school charm. The staff was amazingly accommodating especially at the reception otherwise they were not in your face and I felt very comfortable there.

“Relaxing quiet place to stay”

Only stayed for one night, with kids/teenager. Large rooms/apartment’s, quiet beautiful area, swimming pool. Staff was friendly, spoke english well.

Overall good, but could be improved Staff friendly and helpful, apartment spacious and functional. Breakfast good, evening meals exceptional. Dog friendly. Pool/Saunas good, jacuzzi available.

We contacted reception that we would arrive after 20:00 and that we would need linen for 4 ppl. thankfully the hotel gave our room key to the restaurant, unfortunately when we arrived at 20:30 the restaurant had our keys but not our linens. Due to the time of year, the snowscapes were beautiful.

Very friendly staff. We stayed in a family appartement and enjoyed the accommodation. The hotel is situated in Tanne, a green and peaceful environment, nearby the Harz national park, which is a hidden gem for us as foreign tourists. The national park and the hotel is definitely worth a visit. Our children really enjoyed the swimming pool, which is very clean, as are the changing rooms. For the money this hotel is really magnificent. We stayed there 2 nights, and regretted not having booked more nights.

It was overall great. Food, room, everything! The sauna area is amazing! Please do not skimp on it, it is really good! Also the kitchen is very well equiped. Just bring a sharp knife, it's the only thing missing.

Really nice place to the price, the outdoor facilities was somewhat wornout, but they were usable. Good placement in Harz to visit all the things we wanted. Nice trails just outside the door.
