I booked a room at this hotel, and after midnight, while I was asleep, a strange man entered my room by mistake. This was extremely frightening and completely unacceptable. How can such a serious mistake happen? How can one key card open more than one room? What made the situation even worse was the hotel staff’s cold and careless reaction. They handled the incident as if nothing serious had happened, with no real concern for my safety or apology that matched the gravity of the situation. I no longer felt safe staying at this hotel, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking here.

Large, clean , warm room with nice views. Good water pressure in the shower. Delicious food for dinner. A large and delicious breakfast. Helpful staff.
