“Super coming back”
The property is clean, and the staff super nice! The buffet was super tasty 😋 We had a really nice stay 🙌and the view is awesome!!🤩 I’ll be definitely coming back🙌

Early check in service and room access after a long trip by flight - housekeeping ladies were very welcoming and provided us with toiletries/towels and directions to Chefchaouen - location excellent for night walk as girls and proximity to old medin, cap spartel and Hercule caves - smooth check in and check out process - Overall recommended and excellent stay

“would not recommend at all”
The staff was friendly and helpful, but I had scheduled an airport shuttle to pick us up and nobody was there. I had to call the hotel and it was sorted. The beds were clean.

“A hotel that is managed by people who cares”
The property is just across the beach, quieter beach compared to the other side where all the horses and camels stays and poop. So this side of the beach is better. It has two TV, small fridge, stove and oven. The property is cleaned everyday by the friendly Zeinab. An asset to the hotel i must say. Towels and bedsheets were replaced everyday. The breakfast is regular but the people in the kitchen replaces food so fast and they are kind and nice. During my stay, only 1 elevator is working, but they have two. My room was changed to seaview by the hotel frontdesk staff named Omaima, smiley face and very helpful. Gave us a lot of tips on where to go and what to do. It was a good and comfortable place to stay and reasonable price too.

“I would look somewhere else to stay next time.”
The hotel needs maintenance. When you take a shower the whole bathroom is flooded. No towels in the room no hanger to put them anywhere no kettle or cups no hairdryer. You have to ask for every single thing. At breakfast they run out of hot food quickly and no top up. They generally run out of food and you need to wait and hope you get it. Delicious tea and pancakes. It’s overpriced for what you get. And staff hardly speaks English. So they can’t advise about anything.

Had a really nice stay at this hotel 😊 Everything was smooth from start to finish. Big shoutout to Oumaima at reception, she was super helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome right away. The restaurant staff were also great, service was quick and the food was tasty. And a thank you to housekeeping, the room was always clean and well taken care of 👌 The room itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Overall, great service and good value for money. Would definitely come back!
