Overview
Situated in the centre of Tangier, 2 km from the beach, this guesthouse offers an outdoor swimming pool and a view of Tangier Bay. The Grand Socco and medina are a 10-minute walk away. With a neo-Moroccan decor, theguest rooms and suites at La Maison de Tanger offer reversible air-conditioning, a view of the gardens or sea and are equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower. Breakfast is served daily at the guesthouse. Upon request, guests can enjoy traditional Moroccan dishes in the dining room that leads to the garden. “Perfect stay”
Lovely and welcoming staff in a beautifully decorated hotel. The location is perfect and the views from the roof terrace were stunning. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the garden and the nice pool. Lastly, the room was big, cosy and very clean. We hope to be back some day - 100% recommended!

This was a really lovely place, beautifully decorated, with many social spaces to enjoy. The breakfast was excellent. We only stayed for one night, and would happily return.

“An Oasis in the middle of Tangier’s center”
What a lovely place to stay! Really relaxing and the staff is incredible! They were so caring and helpful (they kept the check in open for me to arrive at around 11pm after my flight got cancelled and arrived way later on the day). I also loved the location, just 10min walk to Grand Socco/Medina but at the same time far away so that when you enter the place you just hear birds! I slept perfectly!

“Fabulous!”
We loved everything about this property! It was tastefully decorated, in a great location close to the Medina. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Delicious food. But alongside all those attributes the best thing about the property was the people…Sandra, Oussama, Mohammed and all the other staff made us feel at home there. We will definitely return!

“Lovely comfortable and friendly Riad close to the medina”
Friendly professional staff, airport pick up went smoothly and we were greeted with smiles from everyone we encountered. Sandra was particularly helpful and the lady chef and barmen couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely fresh breakfast with endless coffee if desired.

“Really great, luxury style stay”
The staff were great, Sandra in particular was awesome at arranging everything and very responsive and helpful! My room was lovely as described, and the terrace a great place to take a coffee. The breakfast was also decent, nice to have a buffet and not solely bread based as I ate so much bread at riads! Also really enjoyed the hammam experience and massage with Boutania (sorry if this is a horrendous spelling) who was very kind and it was a nice way to wind down at the end of the trip. All in all a lovely way to finish my time in Morocco and worth spending a bit more having stayed in cheaper riads throughout the trip! Definitely worth going for as a more luxury type property.

“Excellent riad right outside of the medica”
The property and room are tastefully decorated. We stayed 4 nights at Suite 7 and had an amazing time. Dinner is pricey but the service, food and atmosphere are exceptional, it worth a try. The hotel helped to arrange a taxi to the airport for 150 dirham; the driver arrived early and drove safely.

“Best place in Tánger”
Incredible place, excellent location, super good breakfast. Thanks Sandra and Alex, nicest possible hosts, always ready to help. 3 minutes walking to Medina, parking available. Some rooms with sea view. We will be back!
