I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall experience at this hotel. The bed covers and duvet had visible dirty marks, hair, and strange white and black bubbles/stains and hair on them. You could tell the bedding had been washed, but the stains and dirt were still there, which was honestly disgusting. This was especially upsetting because I was travelling with my 6-month-old baby, who naturally grabs the duvet and puts it in his mouth, making the lack of hygiene even more concerning. My wife also found the bathroom towels contained someone else’s hair also the pillowcases also had hair on them.

I honestly hesitated a lot before booking this hotel because of several reviews I had read beforehand. At one point, I was even considering booking another Hilton instead, since many of the comments made me quite nervous and uncertain about what to expect. There were a lot of complaints in the reviews regarding service, waiting times, cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. Nevertheless, I decided to give this hotel a chance — and in the end, I am glad I did. From the moment of arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. One thing that immediately stood out was the feeling of security throughout the hotel. It genuinely felt as though there was staff and security available 24/7, which created a very comfortable and safe atmosphere. Especially when traveling, this is something I personally value a lot. The gentleman at the check-in desk was also extremely friendly and professional. He made the arrival process very smooth and welcoming, and I was even upgraded with a complimentary CPU upgrade, which I truly appreciated and was very thankful for. Another point I had previously read complaints about was the elevators. Many reviews mentioned very long waiting times, but honestly, this was not my experience at all. The hotel has three elevators, and while of course there can occasionally be short waiting times during busy hours, it was absolutely reasonable and never excessive. The room itself was very nice and had all the essentials you would expect. The view was honestly stunning and one of the highlights of the stay. The location of the hotel is exceptional as well — I truly believe it would be difficult to find a better location for a hotel in this area. Regarding cleanliness, I would say the room was absolutely acceptable and comfortable. If one wants to be extremely precise, there were a few tiny spots — for example around counters or near the windows — that could perhaps have been cleaned in more detail.

We got stuck in the elevator. The kettle didn't work. There was poor connection for the TV.. I know it's morroco but as a Canadian I was expecting better. Sorry for the comment but it's true

Location was great, right next to the train station and near to the beach. But we were only staying overnight to catch train next day morning. So we didn’t find it value for money.apartment was very clean and have good facilities.

Good location close to the promenade. Very touristy though cause there are many hotels around. Only stayed for a night but staff was nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing (especially for that price)
