Location and balcony. The host was so nice to give us access to the unit at noon as we landed early, host met us to provide the keys. Balcony view was great. Walking distance from the beach and market.

It was a beautiful apartment, large rooms with a very comfortable sitting room and a large smart TV. The host was very friendly made sure we had everything we needed.

Fabulous appartement, location and host...the apartment had everything I needed for my stay, and the host was extremely helpful. He even picked me up from the aeroport as my gps struggled to find the location, the train station was only 5 minutes walk. There was also a courtesy basket of fruit , which was a kind gesture. A great value for money , I hghly recommend this appartement for families with kids.

This apartment is perfectly clean, well maintained, sunny and spacious, 3rd floor with a lift, 3 bedrooms and even a kids room, a balcony with a nice view (street and side sea view). Fully equipped, I especially appreciated the Nespresso capsule coffee maker. It is not easy to find a modern apartment in this location, but this one is definitely worth a booking. No dirt, no dust, no smell and no old equipment. Safe and protected building. A perfect place for families with kids, the kid’s room designed like submarine will definitely entertain the little ones for hours. The location is central, just between the municipal beach and Malabata beach, both literally few steps away. Shops, cafes and restaurants are all around, we had a lovely breakfast at Kandinsky Café, next to the apartment building. Typically Moroccan, delicious and with kind staff taking a good care of you. The nearest shopping mall is just around the corner, main train station 5 minutes away with connections to Rabat, Casablanca and many other cities. The old town can be reached by a 20 minute walk. I was met by the owner on arrival and got the keys and few tips for what to do and what to see there. He’s very polite and flexible as my flight was delayed and so I arrived around midnight. No issues at all, still I was approached in a very professional way. I enjoyed afternoons on the balcony observing the city life and evenings walks to the marina and Medina. It’s a beautiful place to stay in, a lot of things to do. See you next time, Tangier ;)
