“Tangier stay 2026”

Liked the services of Ismael ,person at reception on the day of Eid - 29th may,he went ahead and cooked us breakfast even when staff was not available. His service was very good , we did late checkin but still he was available at night and did all the process smoothly.

The hotel is nice. I liked the location, convenient underground parking, breakfast, and a Marina supermarket nearby. The pool is also nice, with sun loungers nearby for comfortable sunbathing. I'd especially like to mention the reception staff, Mohamed and Ismail. Both are incredibly friendly and genuinely eager to help with any questions you may have!

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. The location was perfect and close to all shops, cafes and many restaurants. Only a five minute drive away from the beach.

I stayed here for 2 nights in mid May 2026. The hotel is attached to a large restaurant, where the included breakfast is served very generously until midday!! ( 12 noon) You get to choose from a section of the cafe menu and it is an impressive array. The food was very good, though I felt a couple of the waiters struggled to be gracious, bear in mind I am a modestly dressed over 70 year old polite solo female traveller who speaks French; fortunately the dismissive ones were the exception. Inside the hotel proper, the staff was exceptional, very friendly, caring , sincerely at your disposal and willing to help. There is a lift ( elevator) and a wide well lit staircase. My apartment was gigantic, with a huge living room that included several couches, a dining table and chairs and a TV. The wifi was excellent. There was a huge kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, a well appointed bathroom and a tiny balcony where you could hang laundry. The place was quiet, but it is important to note that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. It is great that they are investing in this property, so in a few months time there will be improvements. I did notice that one of the towel racks in the bathroom was completely broken, as was the washing machine ( the hotel manager was aghast and offered many solutions, I was not staying long enough for it to be a problem) the kitchen sinks were too shallow to be functional and the tap was loose : small things in an overall extremely nice, very clean and comfortable setting. Worth mentioning, but not worth complaining about because why should the staff have to pay for the owners oversight? Overall it was a fine stay.

It was clean, the apartment was huge and the facilities excellent. A great location for transport systems, both rail & bus. Also very helpful professional staff.

It was in a great location near both the bus & the train stations. Simo our host looked after us beautifully. He was professional, friendly & very helpful, giving us lots of tips for our trip to Chefchaouen. The apartment was large, very clean & in good condition. Lovely large shower with good hot water, and clean fresh white towels.
