Quiet, Tariq was very helpful. Taxis easy cheap and plentiful. The beds were good, thick mattress.

The amount was deducted in excess upon entry I didn't like that

I was so happy and glad I booked this amazing apartment for our stay in Tangier. It's spacious, open plan, modern, very clean, and my son and myself had the best 2 nights sleep!! It's a true " home away from.home" ... We enjoyed cooking as lots of very nearby shops to buy your products, we enjoyed Netflix , And neighbourhood is very safe . Owner is reliable, replied quickly and thought of everything, ie extra thick blanket, if you u feel cold at night, washing up liquid in the kitchen, washing machine if needed... Absolutely PERFECT place to stay ! We will definitely be back to this great apartment.

The apartment is nice, renewed, big, clean, the owner is very nice and helpful.

The building is very clean, and the apartment in the two rooms is spacious and very comfortable, in addition to the safe shops and restaurants around it. And it's not far from the city centre and for me this is the fourth time I live in it.

“Not what we expected”

I expected more from this place. I had read a few reviews mentioning how welcoming Tarek was and how everything necessary was provided, but unfortunately, this was not my experience.First of all, I had to text him myself to ask for directions and organize the arrival, which is something hosts usually do in advance. When we arrived at the agreed time, he didn’t introduce himself or properly welcome us. He was walking ahead of us, seemingly in a rush, and once at the house, he just handed us the keys without showing us around or offering any information about the property or the area. The first thing he asked for was the tax payment, without even requesting our IDs. The apartment itself is spacious and located in a secure area with security around, which is a plus. However, it was not very clean — the kitchen had stains, and many pots and utensils were dirty and unpleasant to use. The washing machine was broken (the rubber seal was loose), and although he said he would check it the next day, he never updated us — I had to text him again to ask. There was only one large towel available, so we had to use the same towel for everything. The hot water runs out quickly, and the toilet doesn’t flush properly. On the positive side, the apartment has two bedrooms, which is convenient for families or groups. Overall, it doesn’t really justify the price. I was disappointed with the lack of care and poor welcoming.

Good area, calm, security and praticable

The host was very friendly. The apartment is located in a quiet place and around 20 minutes from the airport. The house is well renovated and very clean.

This apartment is an absolute gem! The owner takes pride in his properties, designing them beautifully, installing good quality furniture and extremely comfortable sofas and beds, and beautifully appointed details like high end beige wallpaper, porcelain tile, beautiful backsplashes in the kitchen, tasteful rugs, powerful AC units, and global cable television (not just Arabic & French cable channels - particularly important during outbreaks of war like at this moment). This apartment is spacious, light filled, cool, very comfortable, elegant and tasteful. We were extremely comfortable and you will be also. I only wish we could have stayed longer. All the credit goes to an owner who really cares about providing his clients with high value and comfort. Run not walk to this apartment, you will not regret it!
