This family-run hotel is a beautiful half-timbered building situated right in the heart of the old imperial town of Tangermünde, in the Altmark district of Saxony-Anhalt. Room was great clean with good facilities Bathroom again very clean with hairdryer soap etc Breakfast was very good and plenty of it much more then expected at the cost which is included in the room price We also had dinner in the hotel as it looked so nice and we were not let down it tasted very good and was hot All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly Thank you

We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. There was parking for our bicycles, the breakfast was nice (buffet style), and our room had a nice view and good natural light.

“Best value for money in recent years”
Everything was brand new. We really thought it’s gonna be worst stay according to bookings rating the hotel had. I am confused to this day why the rating is low because hotel was clean, refurnished, staff was really pleasant. Breakfast was lacking variety of food but overall the best thing is value for money. I could not expect more from a small hotel in a small German town for the money I payed.
