Our stay was exceptional. Every morning we were served an outstanding homemade 3 course healthy breakfast. It was fresh and delicious.

We stayed with a group of friends — we booked two rooms and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean, cozy, and pleasant to stay in. We would also like to highlight the food. Initially, we booked without breakfast, but later decided to order it at the hotel — and it was a great decision! The breakfasts were very tasty, with large portions, everything fresh and made with care. We also ordered dinners and didn’t regret it at all. The fish and prawns were absolutely amazing — so delicious that we haven’t tasted anything like it anywhere else. We were left with only the best impressions!

“Best holiday in Sri Lanka”

We stayed at Zodiak and were very satisfied! First of all, we would like to highlight the cleanliness — compared to other places where we stayed in Sri Lanka, everything here was truly at a very high level. The location is also excellent: there are many beautiful beaches nearby, all easy to reach, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and attentive — always welcoming us with a smile, ready to help and give recommendations, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are cozy, the beds are very comfortable, and the pillows are soft — it was a real pleasure to sleep. We also really liked the quality and lovely scent of the shower gels and shampoos. Overall, everything is well thought out and done with care for the guests. We would definitely come back again!

Our stay at Zodiak in Sri Lanka was exactly what I hoped for — calm, comfortable, and truly cozy. The location of the hotel is great — everything is nearby and easy to reach, yet it’s peaceful and not noisy. The beaches are very close, and they were honestly one of the highlights of the trip. The beaches here are amazing: clean, beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere — perfect both for relaxing and for sunset walks. A special thank you for the recommendations — every beach we were advised to visit turned out to be wonderful. No disappointments, only beautiful views and pure enjoyment 🌊 The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant surprises. You can see that the hotel is well maintained and looked after daily. The food was very вкусная and homemade-style — breakfasts were especially enjoyable 🙌 The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any questions. And the owners are truly kind and welcoming — they make you feel not like a guest, but like you’re visiting good friends. We had a wonderful stay at Zodiak, and the high ratings this place receives are fully deserved. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and modern, and it is also well located. The breakfasts were excellent, the best we had in Sri Lanka. What truly makes this place special are the owners and the peaceful atmosphere. It’s one of those places you don’t want to leave, where you feel comfortable and at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Zodiak Guesthouse! The host family is very friendly and lovely! It has been our best accomodation in Sri Lanka. Rooms are big, very clean and quiet with nice views and a comfortable bed. It is close to a little bay, where you can swim, surf (point break) and have a good coffee (and other drinks). We can highly recommend that place! Thanks to Alexandra, Anastasia and her mom for unforgettable days!

The hosts were very kind and friendly. The room was beautiful and spotless, the terrace was spacious, and the view was absolutely wonderful. The bathroom was excellent, and the towels were of very good quality. We also appreciated the welcome snacks prepared in the fridge. Breakfast was generous and kept us full until the evening. There are several great beaches within walking distance, which makes the location even better. Overall, this is a high-quality, well-maintained accommodation.

“Great host and super breakfast”

We were in the Zodiak for two nights in Mai, and we really enjoyed it there. The owner are very helpful and friendly, it’s a very familiar vibe. The rooms aber very spacious and clean. The beds are comfy, there’s a fridge and you get snacks and drinks for free

“5* accomodation next to great beaches”

The perfect 10 is simply not enough for this place! Its beyond perfect. The mum and daughters running the hotel created a paradise striving to add perfection every step of the way. The attention to detail is stunning. The hotel is just 2 years old, everything is shining new, rooms are huge with high celings and quality furnishings, bathrooms are better than in many 4* hotels. The breakfast is legendary! Its more like a 6 course meal and when you can't take another bite, the ladies pack it for you as a takeaway. :) A tranquil lagoon beach is just few steps down the road and Silent beach is a 5-7 min walk. Both have good seafood restaurants. We would go back in a heartbit. Thank you for the great stay! Keep up with your amazing job! Strongly recommended!

“This was the best stay during our Sri Lanka trip”

- Very clean & comfortable bed - I can only recommend the deluxe room with sea view because the terrace and the view is so wonderful - In general good location, you can just walk to the Silent Beach - They really take care of you and are very helpful - We enjoyed the food a lot, so tasty (you must eat there during your stay)

“Amazing”

We stayed at the property for five days. The breakfast was out of this world in terms of quality and quantity; it was absolutely delicious. The bedroom was incredibly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the beaches, as well as to lovely restaurants with amazing sunsets and yoga options. The ladies who run Zodiac are incredibly helpful and kind. They were able to arrange taxis, motorbike rental and other local activities. This is the best place in Sri Lanka! We hope to come back soon. “The best experience of my holiday”

During my 20-day trip to Sri Lanka, I stayed in various hotels, but this one was the best experience of my journey! The cleanest, coziest, and most comfortable hotel I’ve been to. My only regret is that I saved it for the last two days. I wish I had spent more time here! And the food is simply amazing! The breakfasts are incredibly delicious, with a huge variety of options, enough to keep you full for the whole day. And the dinners—just unbelievable: big portions, incredible flavors, and every evening feels like a true gastronomic celebration. I also took the hotel’s recommendations, rented a tuk-tuk, and explored all the beaches in Tangalle. Now I can confidently say—this area has the most beautiful and stunning beaches! Excellent service, attentive staff, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay—this is it! Thank you so much! I will definitely return!

Wonderful hosts who gave the warmest welcome I’ve ever experienced. The property is new, modern, spotlessly clean, spacious, bright, airy and in a wonderfully quiet area close to some stunning beaches and excellent restaurants

The room and hotel are very very clean and comfortable. The rooms have a nice view, great shower and a little fridge with some free snacks and drinks :) the location is great between two amazing beaches. Feels like great value for money!

“Grateful”

Alexandra and her mother are beautiful hosts who looks after you from the moment you arrive. Breakfasts are delicious, filling and home cooked. Room was spotless and spacious. Close to silent beach (which we preferred to Tangalle beach) and only a short tuk tuk into Tangalle. It is quiet and peaceful due to being away from the business of Tangalle. Alexandra gave us a little treat on the way out , which was a homemade cake we both enjoyed!
