Beautiful and spacious villa that provides complete privacy, yet only a few steps from a delightful beach. The two en-suite bedrooms are large, tastefully furnished and kept comfortably cool by the efficient air conditioning. The cooling pool and comfortable sun beds provide ultimate relaxation. If this is not paradise, it is very close. Each day, Sameer provided us with a wonderful and carefully prepared breakfast of local food and beautifully presented fresh tropical fruit. Anything missing (eg hair dryer), he provided immediately. Outstanding service.

Sameer the property manager brought us fabulous, varied breakfasts every day, organised day trips for us (Yala national park was incredible) He made our stay a perfect holiday and made us feel at home and welcome. He was so helpful and speaks very good English which helped us enormously! I really can’t describe how great he was. Lovely guy. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable and a very relaxing place to be. Secluded but right on the beach. The pool was a great way to cool down. The area around the property is so relaxed, all the locals were very friendly and kind, there were plenty of great places to eat catering for all budgets. This place is a real gem of a find and we can’t wait to return.

Breakfast were always fantastic, some of the best food we ate while in Sri Lanka. Restaurant quality and always varied. The location for us was great, private, secure, right next to beach with a few places to eat ,ideal. Our host was superb, always on hand but never intrusive. She never stopped making our time there perfect, even prepared dinner on the beach for wifes birthday.

A wonderful place for your vacation. A very nice hostess who prepares a different great breakfast for you every day. Absolute privacy of the villa with a large pool, where you can swim and relax. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer. Strong wifi with fast connection. 15 m to a clean beach. 8 km for shopping in Dikwella or Tangalle. You will not miss anything here.

Excellent villa, very hospitality owner and his pgilipine wife (sorry I didn't remember her name). Great breakfast and also a dinner. Excellent and big pool for adult and nice fish spa. House and garden was very clean and maintained. Air Conditioner and wifi worked well. Villa also has a generator for electricity... Everything is perfect and very nice. Sandy beach is 20-30 m away from the property.
