This is a cute little house situated in a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood with a lovely 15 minute walk to town via the backstreets of Tangalle. Walk another few minutes and you're on one of the most beautiful beaches in the south. Sahan and his family are the embodiment of kindness and authentic Sri Lankan hospitality. The house is quite small - suitable for a couple and one or two young children but more than that would be crowded. It also has excellent wifi and a surprisingly well equipped kitchen. Ideal for anyone staying in Tangalle longer than a few days if you don't want to be right on the beach.

This place is cozy as it is lost in trees away from roads and street noises. Most noises are made by birds and monkeys. Here you can enjoy relaxed atmosphere and authentic neighbourhood with relaxed and friendly neighbours. We were staying with baby and the dog here so it’s a best place to dive into local style living, safe and relaxed. If you search for a place to stay as locals are living among fruit trees and giant squirrels and mongooses consider this homestay. Spacious yard is a bonus, a roofed shed is a place for smoke and eat in the rain. Helpful owners will help to resolve all your problems and answer all your questions. Have a nice stay here! It is a perfectly equipped, very clean house, which is located in a quiet and pleasant area. the owners were very friendly, available, accommodating and concerned about our well-being throughout the stay. we stayed there with our 4 kids and felt so good that we had extended our original booking. I recommend this house especially to families, because the environment the kitchen and the washing machine are a real plus.
