Exceptional service provided by the owners. Just like staying at home. They provided us every thing what we requested at their best. Enjoyed delicious breakfast also.They gave us books for reading as well. This is a newly built apartment. location - Perfect Interior - 100% Clean - 100% Service - 100% Highly recommend.👍

“Good value stay.”
Close to Parakaduwa and Goyambokka beaches which were amazing - tuk tuk 300 rps. Nice local shops close by. Quiet family live downstairs. Clean and functional. Good value for the 1 night we stayed.

“Great apartment great hosts well worth the money.”
Apartment was newly built above lovely family hosts, breakfast was good and filling. Washing matching was bonus. Lovely towels, bedding. could cook as had everything you needed. We stayed longer. Hired scooters and hosts even brought in at night. Felt well looked after. Thank you. lovely kind family.

The apparent was very modern and immaculately clean. It is a large apartment probably about 100m^2. It has lovely marble floors and benches. The curtains are also very nice. For 1700 LKR the family prepared a huge breakfast with traditional Sri Lankan food and a fruit platter. It was excellent. The views in all four directions are great. I saw a male peacock out my window nearly every morning.

Great house, the lovely family lives on the ground floor and the apartment is on the top floor. They have a small puppy namens Rowly and are absolutely welcoming.
