The cleanliness could be improved, and the staff seemed a little less active at times. There was also a slight delay in service from our side. However, overall everything was fine and we had a good experience.

Being on the top floor with a balcony was amazing for the views(The view was worth the climb) The room was very spacious. The bed was really comfortable with lovely clean soft white bedding. The staff were very responsive if i needed anything. The breakfast in the lovely gardens was superb. The location was great for a short tuk tuk ride to Tango beach. Can highly recommend Sampa beach and surf bar. Great food right on the beach front. Many other bars to choose from. I was sad to leave this place and would definitely go back. Nice safe environment for solo travellers.

The owners were wonderful, kind and caring. They always made time for a chat. The staff were polite and always smiling. The rooms were large and clean and the beds were comfortable.

The accommodation is directly opposite the beach. Very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was very good and the family who run it are extremely kind.

Comfortable mattresses, very hot water and a clean environment. Plenty of power outlets in the room, which is great for charging multiple devices. The owner has very positive vibes and a welcoming attitude.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are really big and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms are massive. With extremely good water pressure and hot water. The staff are lovely. it’s opposite a beach, a short walk to the more secluded spots and only 10 mins walk from the town so the location is perfect. I would really recommend if you if you are planning on staying in Tangalle.

We only stayed for two nights, the room was good and clean and good location. Breakfast was also good

Perfect location, amazing sea view. 5 min walk from lovely beach and a couple of great restaurants. Room big and airy with balcony, super clean. Attentive friendly staff, really nice breakfast served in the lush front garden. Helped us get a taxi to our next stop for a good price. Hotel good value for money.

Big, clean room with a balcony. Quite new so it seems they haven’t thought about finishing touches: no wardrobe or furniture to place luggage, no soap dish in the shower, no bedside cabinets. For the price you’d expect more attention to detail. Being on the main road meant it was a bit noisy, particularly as the balcony window is only glass. The owner was very pushy, she tried hard to upsell us rooms which was an unpleasant first impression. The rest of the staff were very nice, though unfamiliar with hospitality. Polishing the service would greatly improve the experience!

Very clean rooms with beautiful view

The room was exceptionally clean, with powerful air conditioning.we had a room on the top floor with seaview, definetely the best we had in sri lanka Owners are very nice and helpful, breakfast was delicious and they also arranged transport for us. Would defo stay here again.
